Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. However, there are countries that do not accept smoking accessories through their customs inspections. Please review your country's laws before placing an order or reach out to us to verify.

When will my order be shipped? When will it arrive?

We dispatch all orders within one business day, so most domestic orders will arrive typically within 2 days depending on inventory levels in a warehouse near you. International orders can take anywhere between 2-4 weeks due to carriers and customs policies.

Will it say “Highly Flavored” on my credit card statement and on the package?

Yes. Our packages come in a plain, white or colored poly mailer or plain box.

What’s the status of my order? How do I track my order?

Once an order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that will contain your tracking information. You may also login to your account and check the status of your order.

What’s your return policy?

Items purchased from Highly Flavored are eligible for a full refund if returned within 10 days of purchase. We do not accept and approve refunds for used products.

You will have up to 10 days after items have been purchased to exchange for anything else on the website as long as the item is in its original condition. We do not take back used products.

A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

For US customers, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided at no charge to return your merchandise (free shipping both ways).

Why should I become a registered user?

There are many reasons to make an account on our website. You won’t have to re-enter your shipping or billing information; when you place an order they will be filled in automatically. Also, you can check the status of your order and receive occasional discounts & newsletters.

How do I change or cancel an order?

You need to contact us immediately to cancel your order. If you receive the delivery confirmation notification, it is too late to cancel the order. In that case, you will need to start a return and wait until the item is returned back to us for a refund or exchange. 

What type of payment options are there?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

What are your shipping fees?

Most domestic orders in the U.S will have free Priority Mail (2-3 shipping). We also offer free returns/exchanges for our domestic customers. International customers pricing will be given at checkout.

Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

Yes, we can ship to PO boxes and to APO/FPO addresses. We support our troops.
